About NAIA

NAIA is a fashion discovery platform that helps users find product alternatives across third-party fashion retailers. NAIA does not sell products directly, does not hold inventory, and is not party to any transaction completed on a retailer's website.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, copy or reproduce its content without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Waitlist and accounts

If you join the waitlist or create an account in the future, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Third-party retailers

NAIA is a decision platform that recommends products from third-party retailers. When you click through a NAIA recommendation and make a purchase, the transaction is completed directly between you and the retailer. Their own terms of sale, prices, shipping conditions, delivery times, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund policies apply. NAIA is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, quality, pricing, fulfillment, delivery, or post-purchase service of products purchased from third-party retailers. For any questions relating to your order — including returns, exchanges, refunds, delivery, or tracking — please contact the retailer directly through the details on their site.

Affiliate relationships

NAIA participates in affiliate marketing programs and may earn a commission when users purchase products through links on the Site. This commission is paid by the retailer, not by the user, and does not affect the price the user pays. See the Affiliate Disclosure page for details.
